Institute of Disruptive Medicine™
Medicine has a system. The system has a problem. The problem has a name.
It is called yesterday.
The Institute of Disruptive Medicine™ is the institutional home of every idea Dr. Czar has developed across three decades of clinical practice, medical education, regulatory engagement, and economic architecture. It does not teach medicine. It challenges the way medicine is taught, practiced, regulated, and monetized - and proposes, with documented precision, what replaces each broken component.
The Reform Agenda
- 01
Medical school begins too late. It should start at grade nine.
- 02
Medicine, dentistry, nursing, pharmacy, and nutrition should be taught as one integrated human-systems program - not as separate disciplines that never speak to one another.
- 03
Cadavers should be replaced with modular simulation tools. Rote should be replaced with reasoning. Entrance examinations as gatekeeping mechanisms should be abolished entirely.
- 04
AI should be integrated into every aspect of medical education immediately. Any institution that refuses this should be considered clinically obsolete.
- 05
Sports, performing arts, visual arts, management, and public health should be mandatory components of becoming a physician. A doctor who cannot feel beauty cannot fully understand suffering.
- 06
Hospital training should be replaced with simulation-based learning. Surgery alone remains at the bedside. Everything else moves to the module.
- 07
The MBA is not optional. It is clinical. Management is medicine applied to systems.
Regulatory Position
Regulatory bodies that do not understand artificial intelligence should not be governing institutions that use it. The Institute of Disruptive Medicine™ proposes AI-governed examination and certification systems as their replacement - transparent, consistent, conflict-free, and built for the speed that human life demands.
This institution is open to physicians, educators, investors, and policymakers who believe medicine can be rebuilt better than it was found.
